I need help with Mova. Who do I email?
Email support@movawalk.com about anything to do with the app, your account or your subscription. It helps to mention which phone you use.
How do I delete my Mova account?
In Mova, go to Profile & settings › Privacy & data and choose to delete your account. No longer have the app? Email privacy@movawalk.com from the email address of your account. The privacy policy explains what is deleted.
Can Grapefine build an app for us?
We're open to it. Email hello@grapefine.app with a short description of your idea and who it's for, and we'll take it from there.
I'm writing about Grapefine or Mova. Who do I contact?
Email hello@grapefine.app. Logos, the Mova app icon and short descriptions are ready in our press kit.
